We are delighted that you are considering The Flower Fields^® as the location for your photos. To ensure a positive experience for you, while maintaining a pleasant experience for our guests, please be aware of the following rules and guidelines.

PHOTOGRAPHY RULES

CB Ranch Enterprises (“CBR”) is the owner of the property known as The Flower Fields (“TFF”).  We are delighted that you are considering TFF as the location for your photos.  You are encouraged and welcome to take photographs of TFF for your own use and enjoyment.   In order to ensure a positive experience for you and our other guests, CBR requires that any amateur or professional photographer taking photographs on property owned by CBR, follow the rules described below (the “Rules”).  The Rules are subject to change by CBR, at CBR’s sole discretion. 

1.            Rules of conduct:

a.            All photography must be conducted without disruption to TFF operations or other guests visiting TFF.

b.            Do not enter the growing fields, flower beds, plant displays or mulched areas.  Remain on pathways at all times.  Do not handle plants, flowers, plant labels or containers.

c.             CBR reserves the right to monitor and restrict equipment.

d.            CBR reserves the right to refuse permission or terminate a shoot (without penalty to CBR or refund to photographer) at any time if the shoot is not in the best interests of our guests or TFF.

            e.            TFF image and logo are registered trademarks.  You may not sell or use images for commercial activities, including but not limited to print, broadcast or web advertising without prior written approval from CBR.

            f.             Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

            g.            Pets are prohibited, except certified support animals.   

 2.           Advanced booking and a photo fee are required for the following:

a.            Photography involving props, clothing changes, or extra equipment other than a tripod and standard flash;

b.            Wedding engagement, wedding, model, professional, and commercial photography;

c.             Photos that will be posted on the web, or those to be sold as stock photography, photos used in print art for sale, used to advertise goods or services, or otherwise published; and

d.            Photo sessions involving (i) a paid photographer or (ii) an amateur photographer for use by other than the amateur photographer.

CBR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO HAVE NOT BOOKED IN ADVANCE.  CBR is not able to accommodate drop-in photo sessions.  The photo fee covers up to 5 people for entrance to TFF.  Any additional people will be charged the general admission rate per person.  All photo shoots must be paid for in advance and in the form of a credit or debit card, or personal check payable to CB Ranch Enterprises.

Wedding Engagement and Wedding Photography - All wedding engagement and wedding photography must be approved and scheduled by CBR*.  Photo sessions in this category will be charged $125 per hour with a minimum of $250 per session.  Special hours for all photo shoots will be scheduled from 8:00a.m. - 9:00a.m.  or 5:30p.m. - 6:30p.m. **

Model, Professional and Commercial Photography – Photography that includes models, professional or commercial use must be approved and scheduled by CBR*.  Telephone Joni Miringoff at 760.431.5600 x 118 to discuss your needs and make arrangements.  Special hours for all photo shoots will be scheduled from 8:00a.m. - 9:00a.m.  or 5:30p.m. - 6:30p.m. **

Family and Individual Portraits and Portfolio Photographs Taken by an Amateur or Professional Photographer – All portraits and portfolio photographs taken by an amateur or professional photographer must be approved and scheduled by CBR*.  Telephone Joni Miringoff at 760.431.5600 x 118 to discuss your needs and make arrangements.  Special hours for all photo shoots will be scheduled from 8:00a.m. - 9:00a.m.  or 5:30p.m. - 6:30p.m. **

Members of the Media – All media sessions must be approved and scheduled by CBR*.  This includes any content intended for print, radio, television, or film.  All media requests will be handled separately from all other photography.  Telephone Joni Miringoff at 760.431.5600 x 118 to discuss your needs and make arrangements.

*Photo sessions must be approved and scheduled at least 10 days in advance (at telephone 760.431.5600 x118 or email at joni@carltas.com).  Any exception to this 10-day period is at CBR’s sole discretion.
