THE FLOWER FIELDS®
We are delighted that you are considering The Flower Fields® as the location for your photos. In order to ensure a positive experience for you and our other guests, we require that approved photographers and guests follow the rules below. The Rules are subject to change at our sole discretion.
Photo sessions must be approved and scheduled at least 10 days in advance (at telephone 760.431.5600 x118 or email at email@example.com). Any exception to this 10-day period is at CBR’s sole discretion.
1. Rules of conduct:
a, All photography must be conducted without disruption to TFF operations or other guests visiting The Flower Fields®.
b. Do not enter the growing fields, flower beds, plant displays or mulched areas. Remain on pathways at all times. Do not handle plants, flowers, plant labels or containers.
c. CBR reserves the right to monitor and restrict equipment.
d. CBR reserves the right to refuse permission or terminate a shoot (without penalty to CBR or refund to photographer) at any time if the shoot is not in our best interests or the interests of our guests.
e. The Flower Fields® image and logo are registered trademarks. You may not sell or use images for commercial activities, including but not limited to print, broadcast or web advertising without prior written approval.
f. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
g. Pets are prohibited, except certified service dogs.
2. Advanced booking and a photo fee are required for approved photographers:
a. Photography involving props, clothing changes, or extra equipment other than a tripod and standard flash;
b. Engagement, and wedding
c. Family and Individual portraits, and portfolio photographs
d. Photos that will be posted on the web, or those to be sold as stock photography, photos used in print art for sale, used to advertise goods or services, or otherwise published; and
e. Photo sessions involving (i) a paid photographer or (ii) an amateur photographer for use by other than the amateur photographer.
The Flower Fields RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO HAVE NOT BOOKED IN ADVANCE. We are not able to accommodate drop-in photo sessions. The photo fee covers up to 5 people for entrance to The Flower Fields. Any additional people will be charged the general admission rate per person. All photo shoots must be paid for in advance and in the form of a credit or debit card, or personal check payable to CB Ranch Enterprises.
Engagement and Wedding Photography - All wedding engagement and wedding photography must be approved and scheduled by The Flower Fields. Photo sessions in this category will be charged $125 per hour with a minimum of $250 per session. Special hours for all photo shoots will be scheduled from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. or 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Family and Individual Portraits and Portfolio – All portraits and portfolio photographs must be approved and scheduled by The Flower Fields. Telephone Joni Miringoff at 760.431.5600 x 118 to discuss your needs and make arrangements. Special hours for all photo shoots will be scheduled from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. or 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
